We emphasize fresh ingredients of each season and local produce products from Amorgos. Every morning we go to the fishing boats to buy fresh fish, we have olives from our own trees, all vegetables and meat is from an organic farm On your plate, you get food made from local recipes cooked with love and care.
A place suited to all tastes bearing the flavours of the sea and island accompanied by traditional dishes, fresh fish, meat and vegetarian.

This is one restaurant that really stood out to us all. We never expected to enjoy superb, gourmet(!), dishes. We couldn't believe how good everything tasted, from the shrimp pasta to the salad!! When the owner, Tassos, came out to greet us, we congratulated him on his excellent food preparations he served us, and asked, how can everything taste so good. Tassos, a gentleman, told us that he grows his own greens and spices, and is extremely picky of the what he purchases .
I can only give Yachendo my highest recommendation!!! Definitely a must dining experience in Aegiali, Amorgos!!!
